Version 3.0 now includes an integrated ERP platform, available for deployment in almost all countries around the world, catering for multi currencies, languages and a myriad of taxes or levies.

We are proud to announce our plan to release DT Version 3.0, a powerful ISP Bandwidth and Data Management Platform that handle all activities including billing, monitoring, reporting, customer self-service and other details associated with customer Internet services.

Over the last 18 months the Platform has been updated to include integrated ERP functionality with 15 standard modules which includes Account Payable, Account Receivable, Products & Services, Stock Control, Assets, Warrantees, Contract Management, Projects, Job Cards, General Ledger and many more.

Furthermore, following best practice Version 3.0 is offered as a Software as a Service option. We look after the Platform, server infrastructure and security leaving the client to focus on its ISP infrastructure. 

Lastly, we have added a VoIP platform for the client to on sell to its customers on a revenue share model. This is offered on a contract or prepaid payment plan for the customer.   

Pricing and Availability

With Version 3.0 the client has access to all the modules (78 Modules in total), pricing is based on an internal user basis and includes hosting. See table below:

Customer relationship managementUser management
The modules included in the customer relationship management group includes quotations, sales orders, shipments, contracts and subscriptions, job cards, and helpdesk tickets.The users and groups module allows for the management of all internal users of your WISP. The third-parties module enables management of customers, leads and suppliers.
Supplier relationship managementModule tools
The SRM modules allow you to manage suppliers and purchases easily and effectively.  The tools available include Data imports, data exports, multicurrency, and tags. The multicurrency module provides opportunities for international business, as quotes and invoices can be made in any currency available. Tags can be used to better organize items such as customers, suppliers, quotes, projects, etc.
WISPInterface systems
The wisp module is an external interface the redirects the user to the radius webpage, wherein radius setup and user data is managed. Data usage is kept track of and the usage data pulled back to DT3 to then be processed for billing.To help streamline the workflow process, the interface systems are designed to do just that. Emails can be automatically sent, such as invoices and reminders to pay, and an email collector allows mail in leads and mail in tickets to be collected and assigned to new leads and tickets.
Product managementElectronic content management
The PM modules provide everything required to manage physical stock as well as WISP services. Stocks can be organized via barcodes and product lots, and services can be run through contracts and subscriptions to provide the best service to customers.To best keep track of all documents, the ECM module allows users to upload and link relevant documents to all other modules.
Financial managementProject management
The financial management modules provide a comprehensive sales, billing, and accounting solution. Invoices, taxes, expenses, banks and cash, debit orders, and margins allow the user to run their business efficiently. The accounting module provides a complete setup of ledgers, accounts, and financial reports. Finally, bank statements and payments can be imported for easy reconciliation and receipt allocation.The project management group provides the best framework to run business activities efficiently. Follow the workflow for customers from leads stage to billing by using the projects module, and easily schedule and assign jobs to employees with the agenda module.
