10.1  Adding Additional Contacts:

Once in the “Additional Contacts” tab.  Click on the green “Add” button.  This will enable you to add an additional contact.




Add all the contact details and click on the “Add Contact” button.  Remember to press save when you are done adding the additional contact(s).



 10.2   Updating Additional Contacts:

To update an additional contact, go to the “Additional Contacts” tab.  Click on the blue button in the red box.



Change the necessary details and once you have finished click the “Update Contact” button.




You will see that the contact’s details have changed.  If this is not the case, click on the refresh button.  If you are happy with the changes, click on the save button.



 10.3  Removing Additional Contacts:


To remove additional contacts, go to the “Additional Contacts” tab.  Click on the red button found the red box.



A message will pop-up with the following message: “Are you sure you want to delete this contact?  This cannot be undone.”  Once you are sure that you want to go through with this action, click on the “OK” button.



The deleted contact will not be there anymore.  If you can still see the deleted contact, click on the refresh button or double check that you deleted the correct contact.
